偶很多四五軸的東西都是這樣做出來的....

下图为 1）5.5mm钻头钻孔，孔深2.45mm
          2) 3mm球刀4axis cut加工
          3）模拟仿真图
  有两个问题请教：
          1）钻孔时选点我是用先创曲面复线（Surface Spline）,然后求交点来确定点，你们用什么办法？
          2）若用6mm球刀钻孔，采用钻孔NC> 4axis >Drill  怎 样调用出球刀？

1. 钻孔

Create --> Surface Spline --> Edge
Create --> Arc --> From Spline
Create --> Point --> Center
  
2. 6mm球刀钻孔
  
看加工到多深, 用選鑽頭, 包含刀尖角深度, 真正加工時用球刀.. 另外, 用2 Axis Drill就可以, 一次做一排, 再用 Transform --> Indexd Array
