(Sr.) Staff Engineer （高级资深工程师）

RESPONSIBILITY:
        Develops and applies advanced theories, methods and solution of complex and advanced technical problems;
        Provides technical direction to and coordinates the efforts of engineers and technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects;
        Direct interaction with business unit senior/executive management on technical matters;
        Evolves innovation by making knowledge cumulative through good documentation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
        Bachelor’s degree in an Mechanical/Material/Electronic engineering discipline;
6 or more years of work experience ;
        Past results include successful technical leadership on a major project is good plus;
Good presentation skill in effectively conveying information, expressing opinions, and motivating
        others to act;
        Good English, especially in reading and writing technical documents;
        Good PC skill;
        Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
