Responsibility:
-Within the mechanical department in Shenzhen (China),
-Be involved with the project team in the choice of the mechanical design of the products. For these products, which will be manufactured in large quantities.
-Analyze the assembly results of prototypes packs and manage the product improvement during the production stage (quality, cost).
-Validate the manufacturing, decoration and assembly process and support the ramp up on mechanical parts by suppliers.
-Work in strong relationship with purchasing, quality and product support department and production centers
Requirements:
-Mechanical Engineer 3-5 years experience in product industrialization
Be familiar with paint supplier, Plastic supplier...
-Decoration and quality tools (FMEA, problems solving)expert: Painting, Printing,
-Complex decoration Skills Plastic skills
-Assembly Process engineering skill
-Project management will be a plus
-Fluent English
-Job based in Shenzhen
-Able to travel in Europe, Japan, Taiwan, Spore
