as to 3D surface, the better way to machine is STEEPEST. this is a new tool path policy.
comparing the attatced two pictures. (In Word Doc)

the only different is the tool path, all other parametrics are the same.

Sorry, now i am at school and computer can not key chinese. the second sorry is that i do not how to post file. so, missing sth.
but it is sure that z-level machining is not the best way to machine a 3D surface, especially when the surface is NURBS surface.
G code function is G06 can do nurbs surface.

i hope this time, i can post this two pictures.
