1-1 I take charge of everying related to the Mold design.
Responsible for mould cost accountings, processing technology and process the establishment of period.
1-2 The drawing that I am responsible for the mould is designed, verify, the processing technology is examined . my company is a French proprietorship, we produce the top-grade famous brand cosmetics gift box of France. my company design for mould has special requests, the intensity of the material, the machining accuracy of the mould is expected very much, I am responsible for new model's designing and manage.
1-3 I am familiar with the mold design of different Hot Runner system, mould plastics the machinery automatically controlled clamping design.
1-4 The defect that I know the plastic products well control, I can control the defect of the products in the course of injection and design.
1-5 I am responsible for some product designs, my overall design responsible for mould , master the mold design of Pro/E and UG.
1-6 Often at Qualipac of France general headquarters, Qualipac of U.S.A. company discuss mold design and product design I through Email( English).
2. August, 2001 – June, 2002 Mold Engineer. Kingbest mould design centre. the town of Dongguan of Guangdong
I am engaged in mold design and product design mainly, include the mouse, Sharp 19 liquid crystal display forming a complete set , the Lexmark printer part of U.S.A, A 3 duplicator panel , DVD panel , the scanner equipment part of Canon( the subject moulds the shell) ect, the mould to be designed, Some 3 D’s design, participates U.S.A., Korea , Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong etc customer’s the mold design.
3 July,1998 – August,2001 Product design Engineer .NingBo Sanhe electric apparatus Co., Ltd. The city of Ningbo, zhejiang Province.
The plastic that I am engaged in the appearance of equipment is packed, The aluminium alloy instrument of the waterproof explosion-proof are packed, the electric apparatus connects the plug-in package, IC reads and writes the card etc, for product design . I make 12 sets of mould independently( including oneself produce mouldbase)
ABILITY:
1 I master Pro/E, the mold design of UG, am familiar with 3 D modelling , Familiar with UG's programming and operation of FanuC systematic CNC, there are abundant real manufacture and theory experience. Operate Fanuc CNC's equipment.
2 Manage the molds activity , manufacture and provide mold parts and complete (marketing molds, trial mold, small series) carry out the assembly , polish finishing, operating, editing, and Program Cnc and manual mills and lathe.
3 Appraises, repairs, modifies exiting molds , and use Pro/engineer, CAD and UG tools for drawing.
4 Manage relationship with other department entities in the group.
5 Control and establish control reports.
6 I am able to plan, direct, coordinate manufacturing process in a cnc machine shop environment, utilize my knowledge of machining, process, and quality control, experience in customer contact, quoting, purchasing, scheduling, programming and supervision.
7 Good computer skills with technical software ,Native Chinese, Good writer English , excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of the culture different within multi-national organization.
