Here I would like to introduce myself to you. I am a mold design engineer with more than 10 years’ experience. During the past 10 years, I have designed many kinds of large and precision mold in various industries, such as Automotive, Medical equipment,gear. Electrical, Household appliances, The mold weight ranges from several hundred kilograms to thirty tons. I am professional in operating Pro/e, Autocad, familiar with international mold requirements and standards, also very good at mold construction. I have rich experience in complicated mold construction, for example: over mold, twins mold, time and time eject, slide inside from slide,lifter inside from slide, slide inside from lifter, ejector pin inside from lifter, auto-unscrewing and hot runner system mold. I can calculate accurately product and mold prices according to customer’ s samples or drawings, follow plastic product from design to process up, give the suggestions of the problems as to molding or else problems in maching. I am good at intercoursing with team very well, also good at in communication with people.
