下面列举一些测试的规格：
振动测试：
Vibration Test:
Sample Size: 2 units every month
5HZ~28HZ: Displacement 2.48mm
28HZ~500HZ: Acceleration 2G
500HZ~28HZ: Acceleration 2G
28HZ~5HZ: Displacement 2.48mm
Axis: X, Y, Z, (three orthogonal directions).

落下Drop:
      a. Sample size: 2 units every month.
      b. Sequence: 1 corner, 3 edges, 6 faces.
      c. Height:
          Maximum Gross Weight (Kg)    Drop Height (cm)
9.1 kg        　　　0.76 m
9.2-18.2 kg        　　　0.66m
18.3-27.2 kg　　　0.61m
27.3-45.4 kg        　　　0.46m

TCO/MPRII:
a. Sample size: Make sure that each model should test one set every month.
b. Test instrument: MFM10 test for Magnetic field Band I; MFM1000 test for
Magnetic field Band II; EFM200Test for Alternating electric field Band I and Band II;
c. Brightness require: MPRII brightness and contrast to 50%. TCO adjust Brightness to 100cd/m^2 and contrast to Max.
d. Burn in Pattern: "H"pattern.
e. Test Item: Alternating Electric Field and Alternating Magnetic Field.
f. All data must under limit, if not, we judge test fail.

EMI TEST
a. Sample size: Make sure that each model should test one set every month.
b. Test condition:
1) Check mode: Monitor set Max. Resolution/Max. Vertical frequency.
            2) According Law: EN55022: 1998 Class B (for CRT and LCD)
                                    EN55013 (for TV)
c. Test Frequency range: 30MHz to 300MHz & 300MHz to 1GHz or more.
d. All data must under limit, if not, we judge test fail.

Operational Environmental Test
a.        2 units every other months
b.        Temperature range: 10 to 40degreeC
c.        Duration: 3 days (2 cycles with high/low temperature)
d.        Power cycle: 4 hrs on, 35 min off
e.        Mode / Frequency: alternating highest H frequency to lowest frequency
f.        Input voltage: 220V
g.        Signal: full white pattern

Storage Environmental Test
a.        Sample size: 2 units every other month
b.        Duration: 5 days (2 cycles with high/low temperature)
c.        Temperature range: -20 to 60 degreeC
d.        Humidity range: 90% to 0% (non-controlled after 20degreeC)

On-going Long Life Test
a.        Sample size: 2 units;
b.        Duration: on-going, additional sets added for significant ECN/ECR change
c.        Temperature range: 35+/-5degreeC
d.        Power voltage: 220Vac
e.        Signal: Burn-in mode
f.        Duration: 21 days;

Safety component check
a. Sample size: Make sure that each model should test one set every week.
b. Test condition: Room environment.
c. Follow Spec: UL / TUV/ CSA and other Safety standards.
d. Adjustment: All critical safety components should comply with the safety report.
e. Help: Contact with the Safety Department if any abnormal things happen.

下面就举一个具体的例子说明遇到的问题点
以前做的DELL的 W1900 LCD TV

W1900 LCD TV
前框PC/ABS双色喷漆,两边喇叭铁网,铁网下面不织布,四周贴的银色修饰条,右下角乳白色半透明IR lens.
按键用的透明ABS局部电镀,因为一个按键的正面要做指示灯.
后壳为PC/ABS,上下是散热孔.
底座金属压铸件,无螺丝固定可自由拆卸,底座可以左右各旋转45度,前后5和15度. 底座上两个ABS电镀
修饰条.
内部三个大的钣金件,分别固定及EMI用,有两片PCB,其中一片是power pcb.
包装用EPS缓冲材料+纸箱. EPS分三片上中下,主体和底座分开分别在两EPS之间.
