Position: Sales Manager
Job description
1) Be responsible for the sales of all LMS solutions in the West &
South Territory. (exact territory will be defined based on candidate’s
experience). Territory business relates to all LMS business except some
major automotive OEMs and key Aerospace customers.
2) Develop new business opportunities within that region, take
full ownership to grow the business in that area for LMS.
Candidate will report to the LMS China Sales Manager – Territory
business, who in turn reports to the General Manager LMS China
Candidates profile
- Very strong sales drive
- Proven sales track record in selling high value intangeable
products (= software products and/or engineering services)
- through age, educational background and/or maturity have a
good networking capability.
- Technical background in vibrations (Master degree in
mechanical related field from respected university considered a major
advantage)
- strong organisational, structuring and planning capability.
(structured sales approach)
- Experience working in a Western business organisation, good
understanding of English
- willing to travel most of his time to visit customers in
North-East China
- strongly self-motivated and initiative taking.
