To quote moulds per Autosystems mould build standards release 18.
Attached for  your reference.
- Mould flow, cool & warp analysis to be supplied by you.
- End of arm tooling for each mould.
- Quick mould change spigot system and supply 4+4 spigots.
- All Moulds with standard engraving.
- Water cooling with steel braided lines and CITO manifold for each half of
mould.
- All Moulds must have certified lifting bracket.
- Include 1 first shot tryout, 3 - 500 shots tryouts and 1- 8 hour run
tryout for all the moulds.
- Include final shipment of all moulds, end of arm tooling and all above
