If autoCAD can draw 3d solid as easily as other complicated CADs such as pro/e, ug..., it will save us a lot of time in translating them into drawings. And most importantly, there will be no accuracy loss. How nice it is! I've learnt quite a lot of CADs, Autocad being the most user friendly and intuitive. Other CAD softwares have a long way to catch up, such as pro/e. Pro/e has the lousiest software interface ever seen, although it does try to improve. For many times, I have been left in a maze. Which step am I in now? I remembered when wildfire version came out, the industrial design people here complainted this version being not systematic. Since you from industrial design, why you want pro/e to take engineering style of approach? |
