一般计算速度的快漫与软件系统内核有关,实际中visi里某些参数可影响加工表面质量和计算速效.
1.machining tolerance(include int.tol. and ext.tol.)
For Roughing: oversize=0.2-0.3 tol.=0.03-0.05
For Finishingversize<=0 tol.=0.006--0.01
2.surface quality: include: normal,medium,high.exta.
3.Random points generation: if activated,can generate a better quality
toolpath
4.toolpath output:
include: arcs and segments------>fastest
segments only----------->faster
optimisation--------------->normal
optimisation(tangent)-->slow
5minimum cutting line:
include: constant----->faster,but safety is bad
tool percentage----->fast,but safety is best
6 roughing point reduction: if activated,faster
7 step,Zstep,scallop control,remachining,profile overlap,angular control.etc.
8影响计算速效的还有:
a. 对于visi 3d model 一般不存在实体或曲面缺陷,可对基本spline进行优化
以降低曲面阶数,可用simplify a solid功能简化或用edit surfaces对曲面编辑.
b. 对于imported 3d model一般因imported model精度不同转换后某些曲面可能存在缺陷可用validate bodies 功能找出有缺陷的曲面后修正它尽量使model简化
c. 对于复杂的model其中的patches越多计算速度越慢尤parallel plane最慢没办法问vero好了
d. v8.1 parallel plane加工在v9.2得到修正,提高加工精度一般没问题,但nc程序太长 |
