the argument -nc_allw only a trial. When you work,pls don't try this argumen. Nc with a complicated electrode, this argument will add some noneless toolpath.So only for show ,not to work with!

Good comment. This is why I warned in the original post that this option should be used with caution, as it was never thoroughly tested. To be honest, I'm pretty sure that this experimental option was eliminated in Cimatron E anyway, as it was proving to be more problematic than beneficial. Of course, I could be wrong.
