【求助】保压分析中如何判断“过保压”?

可以通过流动状态和压力分布来判断

  如果产品各处体收缩率相差比较大,那就是过保压了。

请教:
反过来,“欠保压”收缩率是否相差也很大?维持最大保压压力(60%~80%注射压力)的第一段保压的结束点时间如何定呢?

Pick a gate node to see the pressure profile and find out when is the time gate sealed. (When the changes (inceasement) on the pressure and time at holding stage  does not change the part weight, that's the time)  Program did not predict the over-packing, but you can search the proper holding time from those data.

Thanks for ur advice.
  
1) I think we must clarify  one concept: packing time =holding time??   . or.    packing time=holding time+decay time, and holding  time,here,means CP(constant pressure) packing phase??  I prefer the latter in my opinion,but more often I would refer packing as CP and decay.
  
2) do u think the part weight increase throughout the entire packing or just during the CP phase? for I can always find that the  
greater the CP and the longer the CP phase, the more notably the part weight will increase, but not sure for the decay phase.
  
3) do u think it's feasible to find out the time for the part weight to increase to a stable level? As I can only find one simple screen-output result related to the part weight, show as the fig. below. Give me some hint.   
  
4) do u think it's better to keep the part weight at a relatively low level to save the cost per cycle, suppose it doesn't harm the part's  quality ( to warp within the error limit)?
