To install
1)The variable UGSV_LAYER_WIZARD needs to be set in environment befor UG is started.
This is set to the directory where this file is on your machine.
  
For example
set UGSV_LAYER_WIZARD=D:\user\vickers\ugsv_layer_wizard
in a .bat file that is used in calling UG
  
2) the custom_dirs.dat to contain the line
$UGSV_LAYER_WIZARD
  
The custom_dir.dat file lies in UGII\menus directory or can set your own using  
set UGII_CUSTOM_DIRECTORY_FILE=%UGII_CUSTOM%\menus\custom_dirs.dat
  
For example how to customise UG, with layer wizard already built in see my customisation directory.

安装过程
1）设置环境变量 UGSV_LAYER_WIZARD， 值为你放置ugsv_layer_wizard目录的路径
例如
设置UGSV_LAYER_WIZARD=D:\user\vickers\ugsv_layer_wizard  
  
2）在custom_dirs.dat 里加上一行
$UGSV_LAYER_WIZARD  
  
这个文件一般位于UGII\menus 目录下面
  
完成后，启动UG，你就可以看见这个工具条了
