UG NX Translator Problems

One customer pass me some .DXF files generated from FastCAD, and ask me to convert them into UG or SolidEdge, and Problems come:
  
   1. I try to import into UG NX, but quite a lot of dimensions lost. As shown in Imagine 1.

2. Then I use Ideas to import the DXF file, it works well.....and the diemensions can be edited.......but, then I use UG to open the Ideas file that saved, it comes out the drawing, but all those dimensions can not be edited. for example, you can move the arrow of the dimensions to anywhere, line is line, text is text, totally no use any more.

3. How can I solve the problems?   
   UG NX traslator is worse than IDEAS translator?
   I want them to be converted into UG or SolidEdge...
