讨论个4轴加工的问题

如图,假如把刀具补掉,只剩个控制点和一个角度的“姿态”
  
紫红线和天蓝线的的交点为控制点,B角度代表控制点的偏角

对应关系是很难控制的,即使是直纹面,纹理也是很难控制
  
但点集的对应关系是可以逐点控制,只要很密,也可以微分出各种复杂
  
形状

黄色点是刀具顶点,天蓝色点和黄色点的连线为向量

我常用MASTERCAM 的 3D CONTOUR来走刀心线,只是用一个空间线
  
生成G代码,不知4轴或5轴是否也有此方法
  
我记得有一种ASC格式是 x y z i j k 六坐标的
  
不知那个软件可以对曲面上的点 或 指定空间线和导引曲面
  
将点坐标或向量输出。就可以灵活控制刀具姿态

ug 的四轴加工要求把要加工的面的纹理全部修成与x轴垂直
  
而在各种offset  trim 之后,这种纹理控制和逐点将控制点和向量都画
  
出来也差不多。

UG刀軸控制中的"Interpolate"應該可以達到您的要求!!
基本上,就是可以在多個特定點指定Vector當作刀軸指向;関於您特別指定是四軸加工,只要設定的Vector沒有偏擺就可以了!!!
