打开客户提供的总装配图档时报警

请教一下：
    打开客户提供的总装配图档时，产生右边的报警：

These links will not update.

这个报警有影响到后期的加工吗？
客户用的4.0而我用的是6.0  会不会于这个有关系？

有时候由于客户设计变更,为了便于网络传送,
仅将更新的个别的3D档传来让覆盖之.
有时会报警更多,不知这些报警会不会影响后期的加工??
