Pro/E 面增厚要求最高，园角稍微小了一点点都不行
你的面上应该有比较小的园角

问题是不知道哪个地方有问题，不知道怎么解决?

看你图片,估计是原有实体与现有封闭曲面接触处的问提,试着切除原实体后再生成.如果可以就是这问题,不行我也不知了!

肯定是那个面同实体面有重合，但局部有微小差异，proe无法计算导致的。

I download the prt file and try to do the protrusion feature with the quilts,it is ok now. The method is that I delete the quilts end surfaces and then use the solidity icon.

切除相交面，再转实体，应该可以了吧。。
