我的电脑是win10家庭版,在安装CAD2016时现错误提示，怎么处理
提示”There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. “同样的安装包在win764位上能正常运行,别外cad2007在win10正常运行，就2016不行，求解，什么删除注册表啊，兼容都试过了还是不行，特来求助
