·Research and develops new projects and improvement designs for assigned products.·
Define/response CTQ and NPDS during prototyping and pilot run.·
Analyses product field performance and identifies opportunities to increases product value and manufacturing effectiveness during design phase.·
Defines and implements steps to verify, test and improve the effectiveness/reliability of individual opera
Defines and implements steps to verify, test and improve the effectiveness/reliability of individual operations during prototyping and PP.
Responds and implements Qualification & pilot run·
Defines and identifies PI/Routing.·
Develops & implements BOM and ECO in Agile systems.·
Responsible for CI activities in prototyping and pilot run phase.·Trouble shooting on line.
要求：
College degree or above, major in Mechanics or related major;·
At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing plant;·
Familiar with sheet metal fabrication process and assembly process;·Experience of tel. Communication cabinet is preferred;·
Familiar with Pro-e/ACAD;·
Good English skill in reading and written |
