PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES·
Analyses product field performance and identifies opportunities to increases product value and manufacturing effectiveness through design and process changes.·
Defines and implements steps to test and improve the effectiveness/reliability of individual operations and overall sequences.·Develops new technical systems to improve manufacturing processes & products, Process improvement through ECO.·
Provides training and development on engineering standards and technical skills.·
Technical support & trouble shooting on fabrication & assembly.·
New project supporting & training.·
Develops procedures to reduce outage time, streamline activities and cost reduction.·
Designs, adjusts and installs new equipments for product use and engineering evaluation.
Experience or skills required·
Familiar with setting up process flow/work instruction and process improvement tools.·
Familiar with spot welding process, steel, stainless steel, aluminum welding process·
Strong experience in sheet -metal welding trouble-shooting·
Skilled in TIG, MAG, MIG welding operations is preferred.·
Skilled in design welding fixtures is preferred. ·
Major in mechanical (welding) engineering·
Strong engineering logic and trouble-shooting capability.·
Min. four years work experience in welding function. |
