我在GSD模块里做了一个轿车地毯的上表面Surface.1(由许多小碎面组成), 当我用设置half visible smooth edges的view modes查看时,所有的内部边界都是半可见,这表示整个Surface.1是由一组相切的片体组成的,紧接着我进行了增厚, 倒圆等一系列操作直至最后完成设计过程.
但在检查的时候问题却出现了,检查工具显示一些片体之间竟然有0.02mm多的间隙!!!我觉得这是不可能的,因为当我创建这些小片体的时候它提示有0.002mm的间隙我都要修改修改再修改,直至到达它默认的0.001mm以下,那么这么大的间隙是从哪里来的呢??? 我真得很疑惑.
有时候当我jion一组片体成为一个片体的时候,或者再剪切这个片体的时候,我发现它的子特征(小片体)都会发生一些微小的变化,伙计们怎么看待这个问题呢?

I created a sedan carpet (floor cover) styling surface in CATIA GSD workbench, then I finish it after some additive operation, such as thick surface, split, edge fillet...
It is very strange that the styling surface was convicted of having some illegal gaps over 0.02mm. I am sure every gap must be smaller than 0.001mm when I processing the styling surface. where these illegal gaps come from?
Dear guys, show your experince please, I am confused for the trouble. I believe that most of reverse engineering guys maybe not strange with it. Could you please tell me how to deat with it and how to avoid it in my future task? Thanks a million. |
