Is there anybody use this order in drawing model

just like the follow photo,I don't know how to use.

when I skel a curve by offset, it can't relate to the view, if I use the use edge, it can relate,

who can tell me why ?

I understand the reasons.

You used a wrong item.So it's not you want.

So you must careful choosed you want before you do it.
