请高手帮忙看一下这个是什么原因，怎么解决。thks.

当设置system options---hole Wizard/Toolbox的路径时，提示：
“Unable to open master database due to the following database access error:
The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file'
D:\Program files\Common Files\SOLIDWORKS Data\lang\english\SWBrower.mdb'.
It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.”

这个是什么原因呢？安装的不对还是文件坏了？请高手帮忙指点，多谢。

很显然，安装不完整，卸载干净，重新安装好了。
