I am starting to learn Mold Flow. I have several years experience with FEM analysis such as Patran, Marc and Anasys. Also I have a little bit of plastic part design experience. For Mold Flow, I am really don't know a lot about it. I am wondering what should I learn to master this software quickly. Sorry I can't type chinese here.
you can start with mpi4.0 manual,i think it's very good for anybody.when you finish it ,you can not only use MOLDFLOW to analyze plastic flow, also you can know many things about plastic mold design which you can not find in books.
can i ask you where you are?
you can go to the website: https://www.moldflow.co.cr/ts_center/download.htm
to download the manual. the manual include three parts: flow , cooling and warpage. these article are wrote in microsoft word style.
and you can download the powerpoint files in this website.
if you have some questions ,don't hesitate to ask me!
Before, there were MPI2.0 manual in this websit. but the manual is mainly for MPI4.0 now . I used mpi2.0 for several months, now i am using mpi3.1, and i think that mpi4.0 is very deferent with mpi2.0.
