Responsibilities:
1.In concert with Asian vendors, design and improve existing sourced products. Maintain Documentation of Sourced Products in concert with domestic engineering and Asian vendors/partners, leads on-going value analysis and cost improvement efforts.
2.Approve and track all changes to existing BOM’s. Create and maintain BOM, warranty BOM’s as needed during product life cycles.
3.Inputs technical concepts into vendor evaluation process to include predicted ability of potential vendors to maintain product documentation for warranty and improvements
Requirment:
1.Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
2.3+ years experience in consumer products industry with familiarity with basic manufacturing processes including sheet metal stamping and plastic molding of relatively complex parts.
3.Use ProE/wildfire 2.0 skillfully to design. (This is a must.)
ASSISTANT project manager with salary range 8-10K/month? That's not bad.
