about pc+liquid silicon injection process for mobile keypad

you  can take use of forming PC sheet first, then molding liquid silcon rubber with PC sheet . this will match your will, this process is very famoular in keypad field.

Hi, andy, Aveizi, 86Smith, as you said, 3 methods for trying, Comolding, Double-injection& Sticking. According to my experience, Comolding is in its maturity. Double-injection is only now up to mass-production in Japan as I concerned, Taiwan and Main China is still use comolding Skill more. If you choose D-I, Self-adhexive LSR is needed, and the temperature of mold is up to 120deg.C, it is higher than normal for 20deg.C. The mold is exactly precise, so you must condider your mold manufacture ability. Comolding technics is more skillful, but the flow is more than D-I. Material is normal LSR,  but there are many flash after comolding, you must add a step for flash-removing. Sticking method is a bit mad I think, for it is very hard for the glue spraying with complicated configuration.

but now it has a newest technology, co-molding, not twice injecting,should be one time injection.it only has a set of tool, but the injecting technology is different , very complex.
