about pc+liquid silicon injection process for mobile keypad

If there are more methods about pc+liquid silicon injection process for mobile keypad? if we can use doule-injection molding or twice-injection molding,or single molded and stick together with glue? here need you give your each discussion to get a more better method to do it.expect you reply.thanks.Sample Text

Is there designfor keypad lightguide,all right?
I had undertaked the case like this , actually , we injected the pc sheet first, and then molding the silicon rubber with the pc sheet together .no glue , by molding
for your reference!

Hi, guys,thanks for you help.as your talking,this is use twice-injection molding process,or comolding process.i talking before is about volume key and camera key,there are undercuts in the middle location of back surface,i think it could be take the method you said,and still could use the other method to do,for example,double-injection,etc.but i don't know which method is the best,of course we should consider it's cost and qulity and yeild rate,so could you please to compare it and prodive the best idea.

For this,genarally speaking the PC materials you need to do out of the mold frist and than inject the silicon rubber with the pc sheet together, and also this technical had maturely, if you want to try the new process  i think that it should be having some risk...(only one advice).. but up till now i have never see the

And  as the analyse the twi-injection machina have two storer of the materials, and than one storer place the PC and other place sillice rubber to process i think it's very very good. but up till now i have never see it..  if you want to try the new process than you need to know more about it . finnally if you  adopt a new technique than you can let me know by this platform.ok?

aside to 86smith:you talking of twice-injection should be doule-injection for your original idea,you talking for the first method should be twice-injection or comolding,my colleague advice we should take double-injection process,but this technology is not mature,even we havn't this type machine,if we take common process,we could use sticking mothod or twice-injection,but liquid silicon should be called comolding process even use twice-injection,is that right?who can give a right reply about this?expect your reply!
