为什么我的proe不能显示汉语啊？

Pro/ENGINEER could not initialize the specified locale "chs" and has reverted to running in English.

具体表现是：软件只显示英语，不能识别所有汉字

我的proe启动就出现这样的消息提示，没有中文，我安装的时候是有中文的，LANG=CHS也设置了，以前还好好的，后来忽然就没有中文了，请问有知道怎么解决的吗

用绿色安装发重装一下，

已经重新安装过了，还是不行啊
