猎头职位- Product Manager

Title: Product Manager
Location: Beijing or Shanghai
We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who relishes a challenge working in a niche industry vertical, enjoys working with customers, and is a creative problem solver
In this position, you will play a key leadership role working with a cross functional product team throughout all aspects of the product lifecycle including; gathering customer requirements, creating and validating use-cases, verifying product functionality, facilitating sales and deployment, and sustaining ongoing customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include some of the most-critical elements of the solution

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Work with all product stakeholders to define customer problems and translate them into product direction
2.Play a leadership role to ensure that products are intuitive, easy to use, and functionally on-target
3.Interact closely with the develOPMent team utilizing agile and iterative development techniques
4.Support partner relationships by providing technical and business insight into partner selection
5.Work with sales and services to drive new business and ensure the satisfaction of existing customers
6.Create and deliver presentations to customers at corporate visits, conferences, user group meetings, etc

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1.2+ years of software product management, or equivalent work-related experience
2.Industry experience in the Shipbuilding CAD/PDM/PLM/ECM
3.A bachelor’s degree is highly desirable (Naval Architect or engineering preferred).
4.Excellent communication and customer relation skills, along with a proven track record working with customers
5.Ability to work with all levels of an organization ranging from executive leadership to junior team members.
6.Experience with any combination of the following  solutions is desired:
            CADDS 5 or CADDS 4X/Optegra/EPD.Connect/Windchill/Arbortext / IsoDraw
7.Experience with any of the following solutions is a plus:
            Tribon/Foran/NAPA/UGS: NX, Teamcenter,/Dassault: CATIA 4 and or 5/AutoDesk: AutoCAD, Inventor, Streamline
8.A desire and passion to create innovative new products and be part of a winning team.
