我现在获得的heidenhain手册并没提供其五轴联动程序格式尤其是速度的定义。 是DMU 100T五轴机床HEAD:B轴 -13度--90度TABLE:C轴 -360度--360度

1. 只要給 mmpm的速度就好了, 控制器自己內部換算...
2. 跟 TNC430應該沒什麼粉大的不同..
  
HEAD:B轴 -13度--90度? 應該是 -13 --- 180吧! 正角度沒超過180度嗎?

講的是控制器所顯示出來的 B 角度, 你說的是 由 "立" 轉到 "臥" 的 角度..
-13度是 控制器的? 臥式的位置剛好主軸頭轉了180度

小弟插個話.
您知道一個五軸post軟件公司開價多少嗎??畢竟這是比較少人理解的部份,個人建議"重賞之下必有勇夫",像Sinderal老大這樣熱心的人畢竟不多嚕!

T系列机床的主轴摆动形式不同于P系列
   T系列的主轴摆动是绕Y轴左右摆动
   我已定义出HAIDENHAIN 的五轴后置,并手工验算了其几何变换的正确性.
   大概结构如下
