Not much new from 12 to 13, but there are some bug fixes. This will also be the last release of the IT product, as the E product is now mature enought to stand on it's own. Copies have already shipped to US customers who are up on their maintenance, and have recently begun shipping to Canadian customers who are up on their maintenance. If you have not received your copy of IT13, please contact your salesman.
