They are licensed to end-user customers by Siemens PLM Software and its duly licensed international affiliates for use in the country of license on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis under a strict obligation of confidence and nondisclosure.
We have clear evidence that Piracy copies of NX 7.5 were used by your company’s computers on every day base since 2011-2-14. Based on the copyright law, we are entitled to claim damages because your company possesses unlicensed Siemens PLM software.
We prefer to solve this problem amicably by allowing you to invest in original Siemens PLM software instead of paying damages. Further we would prefer to settle with you than have to seek a legal remedy.
The Piracy copies of NX 7.5 used are on your computers with MAC address: 001********e\ 00e********2a etc.
Please confirm and give feedback to us by Mar 11 2011, that Siemens PLM Software can send an invoice to your company for the legalization of the pirated license use.
To avoid any unnecessary legal issue, we suggest you could take immediate and positive action to acquire legal licenses from us for all software in use as recently. Otherwise your company will fully take responsibility of the copyright infringement.
