Description:

工作描述
Act as a service engineer for the CNC, mechanical, electrical service and maintenance of the represented machines for Chinese market.

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities:
主要任务/责任
1.Following the machine installation with the engineers sent by the manufacturers;
2.Installing the machines if requested;
3.Giving the instruction to the customer on the use of the machines;
4.Organizing programming courses for the CNC and the optional devices supplied with the machine;
5.Giving the customer all the information by telephone, Email or fax in order to solve,  
  when possible, all the CNC, electric/electronic, mechanic/hydraulic problems on the machines;
6.Visit the customer after authorization of the service manager for repairing the machines,  
   when it is not possible by phone, E-mail or Fax.
7.Report detailed and clear information when the gravity of the default requires the intervention of the  manufacturer’s engineers.
8.Write report in English for every intervention done, to be submitted to the office manager who will,  
time by time, send copy of the report to the manufacturer.
9.If necessary, will be at disposal for periods of updating training at the manufacturer’s plants.

Qualifications:
任职条件

1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.At least 5 years experience in service of five axis CNC machining centers.
3.Comprehensive knowledge and experiences with installation, troubleshooting,  
  proficiency programming  with CAD/CAM software of five axis CNC machining center.
4.Ability to lead technical communication, readiness to coordinate the work in team.
5.Experience with English as working language preferred.
