我做过遥控器，里面有红外灯．LENS use PC material, distance between LED and lens is more small, the result is more better. usually it is 0.3mm, thickness of lens is also more thin, the result is more better, but you must consider injection term, if wall thickness is too thin, maybe it is difficult to model as the material is PC, I think it is 1.0 ok, but no more than 1.5mm.as for color, of course, it is more light, more better. but you can't let someone see LED inside.
