The mold design and injection molding technology as the main content of this article. Featuring the products of an average thickness of 2.5mm and adopt a configuration mode of the two caves, while the depth of 0.02 ~ 1.09mm micro-structure and the distribution of the concentric circles, pre-analysis with software- Moldex3D in order to reduce the follow-up issue after the product forming mold and to reduce the change of design.
